Bourg BB3102 EVA or PUR-C Binder – Off-line
The Bourg Binder BB3102 is a fully automated perfect binding system aimed at medium-run and short-run production environments. The BB3102 combines the proven BB3002 driven at constant maximum speed with the new Bourg Book Loader (BBL), making it easy to produce a wide variety of bound softcover books, from traditional or digital print streams, with minimal operator intervention. The system can be left unattended for up to 25 minutes of non-stop production while the operator focuses on other tasks. The BB3102 offers the capability to use EVA/ hot melt or PUR-C adhesive systems depending on the customers’ needs.
